Oil Filter Can cutter Blade Sharpening
 | Blades can be re-sharpened. We use a belt sander and a fixture that allows the blade to spin as it sharpens. Blade angle is approximately 35 degrees. Sharpen one edge only until you can feel a slight burr on the opposite side. |
 | Install the sharpened edge outward. Cutting action will now tend to push the filter onto the holder and you get a straighter and cleaner cut. |
